Welcome to Master Builders Kingdom Leadership Academy (MBKLA) and MBKLA Press (“we,” “us,” “our”).
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, online store, courses, and any other digital services provided through our domain(s) hosted by Hostinger and related platforms such as Thinkific and Lulu.
By accessing or purchasing from our site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
1. GENERAL INFORMATION
MBKLA Press operates as the publishing and educational imprint of Master Builders Kingdom Leadership Academy, a Florida-based nonprofit educational institution.
All content, products, and materials are provided for educational, inspirational, and informational purposes consistent with our Kingdom-based mission.
2. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Our site may list:
Books and printed materials are distributed through Lulu (print-on-demand).
Digital resources and online courses hosted through Thinkific or similar platforms.
Other Kingdom leadership-related resources and merchandise.
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted.
We reserve the right to change or discontinue products, pricing, or availability at any time.
3. ORDERING AND PAYMENTS
Orders are processed securely through Hostinger-integrated checkout using third-party payment gateways such as Stripe or PayPal.
By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount, including taxes and shipping where applicable.
Lulu fulfills physical book orders. Shipping timelines and print quality are managed directly by Lulu’s print-on-demand services.
We are not responsible for delays, damages, or printing errors caused by third-party fulfillment. However, we will assist in resolving any issues reported within 14 days of delivery.
4. REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Because books and print-on-demand products are custom printed at the time of order, all sales are final except in cases of:
Defective or damaged items upon arrival
Incorrect item shipped
Requests for return or replacement must be made in writing to admin@mbkleadership.org within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of any damage.
Digital products (e-books, PDFs, downloads, courses) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content—including text, logos, course materials, videos, images, and written works—is the property of MBKLA Press, OmniVertex Group, or their respective authors.
No material may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written consent.
6. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Our site may contain links to Lulu, Thinkific, YouTube, or other third-party platforms.
We are not responsible for the content, policies, or operations of those external sites. Use them at your own discretion.
7. USER CONDUCT
You agree not to misuse this site or its content, including by attempting to hack, disrupt, or impersonate others.
Comments, feedback, or reviews submitted may be used for promotional purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
